Welcome to Blended Sweetz LLC. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Business Information

Blended Sweetz LLC is a home-based bakery located in Faemington Hills, MI. We sell baked goods locally and offer shipping for select items across the United States. 

2. Eligibility

By ordering from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not accept orders from minors.

3. Order Fulfillment & Pickup/Drop-Off 

• Drop-off anf pick-up orders are available Friday through Monday between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST).
• Shipments are sent out every Tuesday.
• Cheesecake orders require a minimum 5-day notice. 
• Same-day orders are not accepted unless stated otherwise on our Instagram story (@blended_sweetz).

4. Shipping Policy

• Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. 
• We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier. 
• Ensure your shipping address is correct. Blended Sweetz LLC is not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. 
• Refunds will only be issued if Blended Sweetz LLC is at fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged orders upon shipment) 
• Once the order is picked up, dropped off, or delivered, Blended Sweetz LLC is not responsible for any damages. 

6. Customer Information

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, address, phone number) only to process and communicate about your order. We do not sell or share your information. 

7. Allergy Disclaimer 

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including diary, eggs, soy,  wheat, and nuts. It is customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

8. Changes to These Terms

Blended Sweetz LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
